Our new product
Due to the increasing demand for workable space, especially on CBD’s (central business districts) and the lack of access to cheaply list units available, AQwire offers a blockchain powered listings platform specifically catering to commercial/workable spaces.
Both Commercial and Residential Listings have a standard listing option where brokers and developers can list on a single listing site in any market in the world. Standard listing can still benefit from the blockchain DApp to validate inventory status to prevent double booking and loss sale.
The cross-border real estate market has ballooned to $370B for 2016 and yet it is still using practices and procedures that are both outdated and inconvenient. Powered by the blockchain, this will exponentially increase their customer reach and do-away with the unnecessary friction that goes with buying and selling units to buyers living outside the country.
Like with Standard Listing, Auxiliary Listings can be used for commercial and residential units. The difference is that Auxiliary Listing can add smaller listing sites and printed classifieds in certain markets where printed classified is still popular. Extending listing time also fall into this category.
& Propell 114
This is Qwikwire’s first product and the basic of all property management tools. It handles payroll for staff, headcount analysis maintenance management, unit security management. An upgraded Propell 114 allows for integration with accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero. The upgraded version also allows for integrations with SAP. But this requires further customization and additional fees. Qwikwire’s tech team will have to work with the client
SAP Integrated Invoicing and Billing System
SAP integrated invoicing can help for the billing for monthly amortization payments, reservation and booking payments, and property dues collections. The system can be easily integrated into any payments gateway of our clients’ choice, from credit card payments gateways to ACH electronic checks. Because of the prevalence of SAP, QuickBooks, and Xero all over the world, Qwikwire’s SAP Integratable billing/invoicing system also works for non-real estate clients. A product called BPO 112 is being used by several business process outsourcing clients for invoicing their clients. Qwikwire has also been approached by insurance companies, manpower agencies, and banks.
Cross-border Settlements Platform
Many of Qwikwire’s real estate clients require cross-border settlements. Qwikwire provides the same invoicing systems (SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks integrated) already available for regular clients. These invoicing systems are then integrated to the APIs of international remittance channels like Flywire or SWIFT. These remittance channels handle the entire transactions flow, from clearing to settlement. Qwikwire’s invoicing system records all data and updated transactions in real time.
